ABOUT US

We have been breeding horses for over twenty years for our own personal pleasure.....although we have sold a few most of our horses we have kept and competed and they will end their days with us.
We breed quality horses capable of going to the top with professional riders but can be competed by amatuers also.
Adding unuasual colours to our breeding programme has endorsed the fact that people do have a favourite colour horse, whether it be grey, bay or palomino.
We now have given breeders the opportunity to choose, without losing quality and performance bloodlines.
Leigh is a DEFRA Qualified Artificial Insemination Technician although most of our experience has been from Natural cover with Thoroughbreds.
Our foundation mare Jarva is still with us and was 34 years old on March 19th 2008. (R.I.P 4th Nov 08)
She competed in affiliated Show Jumping up to Foxhunter level and County standard Working Hunters successfully. She Hunted with the West Kent Hunt and won many Hunter trials and represented the Pony Club & Riding Club in Horse Trials and Show Jumping teams.
She never raced although we did school and gallop her upside the Point to Pointers.
We could not have wished for a better mare to start our breeding programme. Not only was she a true all round athlete with paces to die for..she has always had the most wonderful temperament and she has passed on all her qualities to her foals and their foals!
She is a 16hh chestnut thoroughbred mare by Jenny Loriston-Clarkes great event sire 'Xenocles' out of 'Nicaro' who was an Advanced Event and Dressage mare.
Her first foal Ariane was 21 yo on February 20th 2008 (she is by the great Cruise Missile)..she is now retired from broodmare duties and her last foal Primitive Passion (by Primitive Proposal)was 3yo on March 12th 2008 will hopefully continue Jarvas line once she has finished her competitive career.
